1. Definitions
Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings defined below. Reading these will make the rest of the document much easier to follow, so it's worth a quick scan even if you're in a hurry.

2. Eligibility
To register and play at OKBet Game, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements. These are not optional — they are legal and regulatory conditions that OKBet Game is obligated to enforce.

- You must have the legal capacity under Philippine law (or the laws of your jurisdiction) to enter into binding contracts. Persons under legal disability are not eligible.
Important: By completing registration at OKBet Game, you confirm that all of the above conditions are met. If OKBet Game later determines that any of these conditions were not met at the time of registration, it reserves the right to void all transactions and close the account without notice.
3. Account Rules
Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one account at OKBet Game. Operating multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or device identifiers — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username, password, and OTP codes — secure and confidential. OKBet Game will never ask you for your password via live chat, email, or any other channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately via live chat.
All information provided during registration and KYC must be accurate and up to date. If your circumstances change (for example, your mobile number or bank account details), you are required to update your profile. Providing false or misleading information to OKBet Game is grounds for immediate account suspension and potential reporting to relevant Philippine authorities.
One Account Policy
Strict one account per person, per household IP, and per registered payment method. Duplicate accounts are flagged automatically and reviewed within 24 hours.
Password Security

Accurate Information

4. Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions at OKBet Game are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance immediately upon confirmation. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible. OKBet Game reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for any withdrawal request, regardless of the amount. The platform does not charge a withdrawal processing fee; however, individual payment providers (banks, e-wallets) may apply their own transaction fees outside OKBet Game's control.
OKBet Game will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The name on your withdrawal account must match the name on your registered OKBet Game account and your KYC documents. Requests to pay winnings to a different person, shared account, or business account will be declined.
Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum single withdrawal amounts vary by method and account level. VIP members may request higher withdrawal limits through their dedicated account manager.
Withdrawal Processing Times: GCash and Maya — approximately 30 minutes for verified accounts. BDO, BPI, and UnionBank — 1 to 3 banking hours on business days. Visa/Mastercard — 1 to 5 business days depending on issuing bank.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
OKBet Game offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. Each promotion has its own specific terms — including the wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum deposit, expiry date, and maximum convertible winnings — published on the Promotions page at the time the offer is active.
General rules that apply to all OKBet Game bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:
- Bonuses are credited in a separate Bonus Balance and cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first meet the stated wagering requirement before any winnings convert to your Real Money Balance.
- Bonus wagering counts only from eligible game categories. Bets placed on excluded games during an active wagering requirement do not contribute to completion and may trigger bonus cancellation if the excluded game is wagered with an active bonus.
- OKBet Game reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players with active wagering requirements at the time of cancellation will be allowed to complete them on eligible games.
- Coordinated wagering — placing offsetting bets across multiple accounts or with a single account to lock in bonus value without genuine gameplay risk — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in all bonuses being voided.
- No player may hold more than one active welcome bonus at OKBet Game. Welcome bonuses are available once per player, per household, and per verified payment method.
- Cashback bonuses are calculated on net losses (total wagers minus total winnings) within the stated promotion period and are credited automatically. Cashback does not carry a wagering requirement unless stated otherwise.
6. Gameplay & Fair Use
All games available on OKBet Game use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently tested and audited for fairness. Published RTP (Return to Player) figures represent theoretical long-term averages over millions of game rounds — individual session results will always vary, and no outcome can be predicted or guaranteed.
The following activities are strictly prohibited at OKBet Game and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and potential referral to Philippine gaming authorities:
Automated Bots
Using any software, script, or automated tool to interact with OKBet Game's games or platform in place of a human player.
Collusion
Coordinating with other players to share information or manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker and live table games.
Exploit Abuse
Deliberately exploiting software errors, visual glitches, or technical malfunctions to gain an advantage. Winnings derived from known exploits are void and will be reclaimed.
Identity Fraud
Registering with false identity details, using another person's verification documents, or misrepresenting your age, location, or identity in any way.
If a game outcome is later determined to have resulted from a software error or an exploit, OKBet Game reserves the right to void the affected rounds and adjust balances accordingly. This applies regardless of whether the Player was aware of the error at the time.
7. KYC & Identity Verification
OKBet Game is required by Philippine gaming regulations to verify the identity of players before processing withdrawals. This is a standard procedure across all licensed online gaming platforms and is in place to protect both players and the integrity of the platform.
To complete KYC verification at OKBet Game, you will typically be asked to submit:
- A clear photograph or scan of one valid government-issued photo ID (passport, SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth ID, Voter's ID, or driver's licence).
- A selfie photo holding your ID, taken on the same day as the submission.
- Proof of your registered payment method — for example, a screenshot of your GCash account showing your registered name and number.
- Proof of address may be requested for accounts with higher withdrawal volumes — a recent utility bill, barangay clearance, or bank statement with your address is accepted.
Note: KYC verification is typically completed within 1 to 24 hours of document submission. Withdrawals remain on hold until verification is approved. Once approved, the process does not need to be repeated unless OKBet Game requests updated documentation due to changes in your registered information or as part of ongoing compliance obligations.

8. Responsible Gaming

By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that gambling involves risk, that outcomes cannot be predicted, and that you are playing with funds you can afford to lose. OKBet Game is not liable for financial losses sustained through normal gameplay on its platform.
Available responsible gaming tools at OKBet Game include: daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; session time reminders; loss limits; cooling-off periods (24 hours up to 6 weeks); and self-exclusion (temporary or permanent). All tools are activated from your Account Settings. Changes to deposit limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling period; decreases take effect immediately.

9. Account Suspension & Closure
OKBet Game reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where there is a reasonable belief that any of the following has occurred or is occurring:
- Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
- Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable registration or KYC information.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity, in which case OKBet Game is obligated to file a report with relevant Philippine authorities.
- Operating multiple accounts or assisting another person to circumvent the one-account policy.
- Chargebacks, disputed transactions, or attempts to reverse legitimate gaming losses through payment provider disputes.
- Abusive, threatening, or harassing communication directed at OKBet Game staff, live dealers, or other players.
Where an account is closed due to a confirmed Terms violation, OKBet Game may withhold the outstanding balance pending investigation. Real Money Balance (excluding bonuses) held in a closed account where no violation is found will be returned to the player via the original deposit method after verification.
Players may voluntarily close their OKBet Game account at any time by contacting support. Remaining Real Money Balance will be processed for withdrawal within 5 business days. Active bonuses are forfeited upon voluntary closure.
10. Limitation of Liability
OKBet Game provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work continuously to ensure the platform is stable, fast, and reliable, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseeable technical events may temporarily affect access to games or account features.
To the maximum extent permitted under Philippine law, OKBet Game is not liable for: loss of profits or winnings resulting from platform downtime; interruption of an active game session due to connectivity issues on the player's side; financial losses incurred through normal gameplay; or technical errors in third-party game software beyond OKBet Game's direct control.
In all cases where OKBet Game is found liable for a technical error that directly caused a player to receive incorrect game outcomes or incorrect account credits/debits, OKBet Game's liability is limited to restoring the account to the state it was in immediately before the error occurred.
Connectivity Reminder: Players are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection during active game sessions. OKBet Game is not responsible for game outcomes resulting from the player's own connection dropping mid-hand or mid-spin.
11. Changes to These Terms
OKBet Game reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. The "Last updated" date shown at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Where a change materially affects player rights, OKBet Game will notify active players via the registered email address or a platform notification prior to the change taking effect.
Continued use of OKBet Game following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to initiate account closure and withdrawal of any remaining Real Money Balance.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of OKBet Game that cannot be resolved through our support team will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts.
Before raising a formal dispute, players are encouraged to contact OKBet Game support directly. The majority of issues — including payment delays, bonus queries, and account access problems — can be resolved at the first-contact level.
